The Bleeding Heart of a Yandere is a craftable Pre-Hardmode accessory exclusive to Expert Mode. It grants a chance for enemies to drop Joy, inflicts Confused when the player is hit, and grants a buff to defense, life and regen, by 1 point, 10 points, and 1 point, respectively. The Confusion's chance and duration is increased by 0.4% for each point of damage, with a 60% base chance.
