Bumbo is summoned using the Bumbo item. Bumbo is the one Supreme Being that is Bumbo. Bumbo consumes gold coins from your inventory on right-click of Bumbo's item in your inventory. Feed Bumbo enough coins and it will grow. Bumbo's item is collected from the Wall of Flesh.
