The Homing Rocket Launcher is a pre-hardmode rocket launcher dropped by the Dr Fetus boss.
it will convert rockets into grey rockets will home onto targets and inflict the On Fire! debuff.
Since players dont have access to the Cyborg NPC in pre-hardmode, players will have to craft Grey Rockets to use as ammo for the launcher.
