The Tizona is a Hardmode broadsword dropped by the Ancient Trio boss fight. It has a 100% chance to inflict On Fire! and Boiling blood debuff.
This weapon is a refrence to a removed weapon from the console/mobile of terraria, being of the same name.
The removed tizona was craftable, where as this is a direct boss drop.
